This was a good video & it is applicable to our situation. We have a 3 yr. old neutered male G.R. & he goes after his tail when he gets excited & you can't get his attention without, as you say, physical intervention. Then there are times when he's just lazing in front of the woodstove & he'll sit up & grab his tail & rip out a mouthful of hair. From the base of the tail he just has short little hair for about 2' & I wondered if he needed deworming. Did that, no difference. I know he has anal gland issues & we'll hold a very warm damp cloth to his rear & that seems to…
